Tea bags are provided and for the Nespresso coffee makers there are coffee cups for the first day, including sugar and creamer sticks.

Yes, in collaboration with Boosty, we are delighted to offer our guests breakfast at TUK. Choose from different breakfast options, and we will deliver it to your suite. 

Yes! For 2 bedroom suites, 15kWh/day is included; for 1-bedroom suites it is 10kWh per day, this is sufficient for normal use of the air conditioner. All suites have their own electricity meter to monitor consumption. For additional consumption, we charge a small fee of $0.45 per extra kWh. The difference will be settled upon departure.

• 7% tax.

For stays longer than 7 days, your suite will be cleaned in between and bed linens and towels will be changed.

You can check in with us from 3 p.m. onwards. If your suite is available earlier, you are welcome to check in earlier. Arrive earlier and the suite is not yet available? No problem. You can safely store your luggage with us.

The regular check-out time is 11 a.m. Late check-out can be requested if desired, as long as availability allows.

Yes! We have several cars at our disposal.

A complete baby kit is available upon request, including crib, changing pad, high chair and baby bath.

There is free Wifi for all our guests.

A washing machine is available at the front desk (cost is $6 per wash).

In the cottages, most outlets are 110-130 volts. We have an adapter plug to 220v ready for guests in the cottages upon arrival.

Curaçao's water is not only safe to drink, it is also of the best quality.

At TUK tropical boutique resort Jan Thiel, we are big animal lovers, however, pets are not allowed. For a guide dog/service dog we are happy to make an exception!

The resort has parking spaces (free of charge). For each suite there is space for 1 car.

Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle service. We work with reliable cabs that will be waiting for you at the airport. The cab cost for this route is around $45. We can put you in contact with these cabs. Feel free to send us a message.

The hotel is 16 kilometers from the airport. Depending on traffic, it is about 25 minutes away by car.
